Viralize provides AI-powered video analysis tools designed to help content creators optimize their videos for social media platforms. Our services include:

• AI-generated improvement recommendations
• Virality potential predictions
• Hashtag and caption suggestions
• Optimal posting time recommendations

3. Subscription Plans

3.1 Standard Plan ($1.99/month or $23.88/year)

• 60 video analyses per month
• Full AI analytics suite
• Caption and hashtag suggestions

3.2 Professional Plan ($3.99/month or $47.88/year)

• 150 video analyses per month
• Full AI analytics suite
• Priority processing
• Advanced insights and recommendations

3.3 Enterprise Plan ($5.99/month or $71.88/year)

• 500 video analyses per month
• Full AI analytics suite
• Priority processing
• Advanced insights and recommendations
• Best value option for agencies

4. Usage Limits

Each subscription tier has specific video analysis limits. Usage counts reset at the beginning of each billing period. Unused analyses do not roll over to the next period.

5. Billing and Payments

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a weekly or monthly basis
• Payment is processed through secure third-party payment processors
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• You will retain access to premium features until the end of your paid period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period

7. User Content

7.1 Your Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• All content you upload to the App
• Ensuring you have the right to use and share any content
• Compliance with applicable laws and platform guidelines

7.2 Content Restrictions

You may not upload content that:

• Violates any third-party intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal, harmful, or offensive material
• Includes malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

8. AI Disclaimer

Important: Viralize uses artificial intelligence to analyze videos and provide recommendations. Please understand that:

• AI predictions and recommendations are estimates based on historical patterns
• Actual video performance may vary significantly from predictions
• We do not guarantee any specific results, views, or engagement metrics
• Algorithm changes on social platforms may affect prediction accuracy
• AI analysis should be used as guidance, not as guaranteed outcomes

9. Intellectual Property

• The App, including its design, features, and AI technology, is owned by Viralize
• You retain ownership of content you upload
• By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process and analyze it
• We do not claim ownership of your video content

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Viralize and its affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, or data
• Video performance that differs from AI predictions
• Service interruptions or technical issues

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Viralize from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the service or other users
• Fail to pay applicable fees

13. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice for significant changes.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

15. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the service will be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, except where prohibited by law.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification.
